RemoteArabJobs is an online platform that connects job seekers with employers offering remote work opportunities. We provide:
- Job listings from companies hiring remote workers
- Candidate profiles for job seekers
- Tools for employers to post jobs and review candidates
- Job alerts and newsletter services
3. User Accounts
Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Types
Candidates: Job seekers can create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs.
Employers: Companies can post job listings and access candidate applications.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Collect personal information without consent
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Post spam or unsolicited advertisements
5. Job Postings (For Employers)
When posting jobs, employers agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Respond to qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Not post positions that are illegal or misleading
Fees and Payment
Job postings cost $20 for 30 days of featured placement. Payments are non-refundable once the job is approved and published. We reserve the right to reject job postings that violate our policies.
6. Candidate Profiles (For Job Seekers)
When creating a profile, candidates agree to:
- Provide truthful information about qualifications and experience
- Keep profile information up to date
- Not misrepresent skills, education, or work history
- Respect employer communications and interview processes
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RemoteArabJobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Clicking on job application links may redirect you to employer websites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy of job listings or candidate information
- That you will find employment or suitable candidates
- The quality or reliability of any employers or candidates
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOTEARABJOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
We are not responsible for:
- Employment decisions made by employers
- The conduct of users on or off the platform
- Disputes between employers and candidates
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemoteArabJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
